The purpose of an Annual Report is to give stock holders and other interested people, such as potential investors, a comprehensive overview about a company’s activities and financial performance over the past fiscal year. It is also meant to give an indication of where the organization is going.
The Annual Report is a reflection of the company, their products/services, and their culture. Through the use of typography and image, the report should convey factual information about the company while engaging the reader. The report should be worth looking at.
