The work of SHSU Graphic Design student Camille Hay was included in the 2017 National Student Show and Conference. Hosted by the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, this year’s show received entries from across the U.S. and included work from the Santa Fe University of Art And Design, Old Dominion University, Southern Methodist University, and others.
Camille’s work explores the relative absence of art from women of color in museums and galleries, and is an effort to educate the public on the role women of color have, and continue to play in the art world.
